Training a Global Organization on User-Centered Design
Challenge
A global organization desired to approach their programming and operations through a more customer-focused lens. The client engaged our firm to support their customer-facing teams to build the required mindsets and deploy relevant approaches so that new services reflect the desires of their customers and partners.
Discovery & Design
Our team of designers and trainers created and facilitated both asynchronous and bilingual user-centered design workshops for teams in Africa, Asia, North America, and South America. These workshops included half-day sessions on user research and discovery as well as multi-day design sprints.
Driving Impact
Generated over 375 ideas, designed 10 prototypes, and created 4 pilot plans with one team in Africa in just five days
Enabled organizational capacity building that led to the development and implementation of 2 new customer products
Trained over 50 staff members
