We are intentional about gathering together to develop professional and personal bonds. It strengthens us as a team and cultivates a strong sense of community.
Affinity Groups
Recognizing the importance of creating community within the larger Rios team, employees are encouraged to create groups based on shared identity traits. For example, the Women@Rios affinity group meets once a month—sometimes to discuss the topics relevant to women in the consulting sector and sometimes just to hang!
Lunch & Learns
Our weekly summer Lunch and Learns are an opportunity for the Rios family to come together and learn about their coworkers' backgrounds and experiences over a shared meal.
Rios After Hours
Rios After Hours events are simply a chance to gather outside of the office and enjoy the company of colleagues. Events have ranged from Halloween parties to happy hours to kayaking on the Potomac.
